Hailing from Bristol, Jon Brawn aka Bullet Points grew up in a melting pot for new music. Having been a DJ along side his time as a producer he was swayed by the Drum & Bass and Breakbeat scene from the early 'Noughties' whilst also incorporating sounds that he'd heard in and around Bristol. He has said that Massive Attack have been a heavy influence on several of his tracks as well as mentioning several other artists such as DJ Shadow and James Lavelle.
Even though just a bedroom producer, Bullet Points has been making squeaks and bleeps on his computer from the ripe old age of 16. In that time he's experimented with a wide range of sounds - from Drum & Bass to Breaks to Trip-Hop with a bit of electro thrown in for good measure.
You may also recognize the name if you've ever tuned in to the underground internet radio station "The Bedroom Sessions". His and DJ Complex' love spawn of funky beats and breaks with regular guest DJ's including Kasio, MC Richy B, MANDELA yEARS and a live acoustic set from The Hats frontman James Graham.
