Here for the 70s glam punk band. I'm going on a glam punk tear today. Not bc I particularly enjoy the music, but because it's such an odd and forgotten genre that I definitely want to get to know more. So far 1980 has been an amazing record that sounds very unique compared to stuff coming from both genres it was attempting to mix. I don't think it's a record I'll revist for a long time, but when I do I'm sure I'll find more value in it.

I tend to prefer the versions where Piroshiki, Aya, and Yuumi demonstrate how to play the songs - e.g. https://www.last.fm/music/Brats/_/Forget+me+not :- * https://www.last.fm/music/Brats/_/Forget+me+not+(Bass+&+Drums) * https://twitter.com/UmiU555/status/1389550381437440002

Some kind of 2014 incarnation of BRATS, after their original drummer and guitarist had left: https://www.last.fm/music/Newill

If this is punk, it's the best punk ever. What else should we expect from Hank and Michael? I love the silver cover of 1980, Hank using a Priest t-shirt under his jacket!!!!
