“Sound-A-Sleep” is a song by the American rock band Blondie from their 1979 album Eat To The Beat. It was written by vocalist Debbie Harry and guitarist Chris Stein about their experience being deliriously sick during the 1978 Plastic Letters tour. They considered titling the song “The Desperate Hours”. The song was the B-side to "Dreaming" and "The Hardest Part".
