"In The Flesh" is a song by the American rock band Blondie. It was the second and final single to be released on the Private Stock label for the band's debut album Blondie. It was written by vocalist Debbie Harry and guitarist Chris Stein and produced by Richard Gottehrer. The song features backing vocals from Micki Harris of The Shirelles and Hilda Harris as well as Ellie Greenwich, who would later work with the band again singing backing vocals on "Dreaming" and "Atomic" in 1979.

The song achieved success in Australia by mistake after it was accidentally played on the music program Countdown instead of "X Offender". "In The Flesh" reached number 2 on Australian charts in 1977, making Australia the first territory where Blondie had a hit single. The song also charted at number 40 in Belgium in 1982.

The song was featured in the movies The Last American Virgin, 200 Cigarettes, Jenneifer's Body and A Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master and was featured on the ABC tv show Wicked City.

An alternate version with an extended intro was included on Blondie’s 2022 archival project Against The Odds: 1974 - 1982.
