The Man Who Would Not Die is the fourth studio album released by heavy metal band Blaze Bayley. This is the first album released since the band's name was changed from Blaze and the first with the completely new band line-up other than Blaze Bayley himself.

The track Robot was released as the band's first single, and later a video was made for it.
The influence of the other band members can be seen more on this album than the previous ones, as they contributed more to the song ideas and music. In an interview with the band Bermudez stated that Serpeant Hearted Man had very little writing from Bayley, and that in general the band worked more closely together than before. This album is the most personal album by Blaze Bayley to date.
