rulo0801, am writing on this website, the wonderful www.last.fm. I talk to open minded jazz lovers about him too. I would talk of Bill to others but am very wary of offending or annoying the brain washed ignorant who are esconced in cliched, dour, jingles and wall to wall muzac and banality. The mind is like a parachute. It is only useful when it is open. Curiousity and imagination are the signs of intelligence. Some artist have an abundance of that. I enjoy and learn to live the healthy balanced life from them. They have soul and are wonderful examples of what humanity should be....unselfish, creative, friendly, co operative and nurturing of the body and mind. Long live Art. Long live Jazz. Long live Creativity and Innovation.

All jazz afficionados could learn a lot from The Bill Evans Trio. Listen, contemplate, create, reflect and connect with humanity as if we are all alive with feelings.

Am so fortunate to have been in the appropriate place at the appropriate time to listen to and witness The Bill Evans Trio in session at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club in London. Such an intelligent, sensitive, talented and thoughtful pianist in the innovative and improvised art of jazz.

The highest form of art is music and the one of the greatest exponents was Bill Evans who interpreted compositions in his innovative, soulful, sensitive, way as jazz to communicate directly with the human psyche and emotion. There will never be another Bill, I promise.
