What a fantastic album! Didn't like it much at first, but every song has absolutely grown on me. Overall, I think it's much better than Grinning Streak. I would dare to even put it in their top 5 overall. It's fun, sad, mature, gloomy, and upbeat. Really, a masterpiece, and the fact that they pulled it off without Steve, wow! There is definitely some anguish in the lyrics, likely from the Steve's fallout from the group.

This album is great. And i know i'm in the minority here, but i never cared for Steve. Always been more of a Ed fan, and the two other members getting a chance to showcase songwriting/vocals is a welcome addition.

This is probably my favorite album by them since Maroon. Everything to Everyone and BLAM were good, but not the best they've ever done, and I wasn't really into the Holidays or children's albums. This album doesn't really showcase the band's silly side, but their silly side was so emphasized on all of their previous records that it's nice to have a collection of more grown up feeling songs.

This album grows a little more on me each time I listen to it. It's nice to know the group will survive without Steve.
