Look up the phrase “melting pot” in a musical dictionary and find a picture of Bambara Trans… a band composed of an ethnocultural crosspollination of nine musicians from every horizon: Morocco, Quebec, France and Nova Scotia. Traditional rhythms from the four corners of the globe, a creative approach veering towards stylistic fusion, a hard-hitting groove, and festive, lively tunes: that’s what happens when a powerhouse horn section, a drummer, a percussionist, a keyboardist, a guitarist, a bassist and a singer meet at the multicultural musical crossroads!
