"The Forbidden Fruits Of Eden" is a song by AURORA, released for her third studio album The Gods We Can Touch. It is the first track on the album.

AURORA explained the track to Apple Music: "I wanted to offer a space to kind of dive into yourself and touch your own divinity—and that exists somewhere deep within yourself. I wanted it to feel holy, like some kind of ritual, musically."

In the album's book, AURORA wrote the following:
"There once was a god who was never pleased.

One tree was forbidden to touch where it stood.
A tree gifted knowledge of evil and good.

Desiring wisdom that God only known.
So Eve took a bite, and got dreams of her own.

Wisdom is power and the power is hers."

The song was regularly used as an intro on The Gods We Can Touch Tour, played from a recording as AURORA and the band entered the stage, or sung live, usually segued with Heathens as the next song.
