“Jet Skis on the Moat“ is the fourth track of The Car. Alex Turner shares the writing credit with Tom Rowley, from whom the music of the song was originally conceived from. Turner stated in an interview with Radio X that Rowley had sent him the music for the verse of the song on New Year’s Day and that the first thing he sang to it was the title of the song.
