Biography
Answer Sheet is a ukulele musical project from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Started in mid 2010 by Wafiq Giotama (Ogi), followed by Abdullah Haq (Abi) on bass and Suryo Baskoro (Suryo) on lead guitar. They began their steps in late 2010 with an EP released by Thailand pop netlabel, SEA INDIE. In 2013, they released a dbut album named "Chapter 1 : Istas Promenade" through Yogyakarta's collective label, Paperplane Recording and Senjahari Records from Jakarta. Answer Sheet is best known for playing pop music with a ukulele in the quite ambient atmosphere.
The name "Answer Sheet" comes from like when you're on an exam, sometimes you get a good mark, sometimes awful. That's the way their music is: Sometimes good and sometimes awful, but they're trying the best they can. Maybe you can describe their music as an Indie / Pop / Folk / Ambience / Ukulele. Yet, it isn't exactly the best names to describe their music.
