Dirty Gold is the debut album by Angel Haze. It was released December 27th, 2013 via Island Records.

Recording sessions for the album started in early 2013, and according to Angel, took 3 months. A release date was originally set for late that year, but was soon pushed back. A demo of album track A Tribe Called Red was self-released by Angel in July, and a single, No Bueno also being debuted around that time - the latter not making it to the album.

The official lead single, Echelon (It's My Way) premiered in late August.
In December, the album was made available for preorder on iTunes, with a set release date for March 2014 - A Tribe Called Red was also available for purchase at the time. However, the distant release date frustrated Angel, which led to her leaking the album 3 months early via Soundcloud. Although it was only available for a short time before being deleted, she and her record label came to an agreement to release the album before 2014, as originally planned.

Battle Cry (feat. Sia) was announced as the second single in January. A music video was filmed and released the following month. The single is set for release on March 3rd.
