Released as the B-Side single for Frank’s fourth and final single, Fuck Me Pumps, “Help Yourself” is a heavily jazz-influenced song that finds Amy at a crossroads on how to support her lover through his endeavours.

The track peaked at #65 on the UK Singles Chart, but was left off the U.S. edition of Frank.

The song samples jazz performer Doris Day’s 1945 “You Won’t Be Satisfied (Until You Break My Heart)", intensifying the classic jazz sound that Amy always sought after.

Keeping in theme with "Frank", “Help Yourself” shines a spotlight over Amy’s relationship with Chris Taylor and all the tribulations that they faced as a couple. The track draws similar themes to a previous single, “Stronger Than Me,” which shares Amy’s similar feelings of frustrations and unjust immaturity on Chris' part.
