On the thirteenth track from "Frank", Winehouse narrates the irresistible attraction she feels for a man who just so happened to be her science teacher. When asked about the song’s protagonist in a 2003 interview on Late & Live with Gav, she responded:
Well you never had a sexy, guitar-playing science teacher with long hair!
Despite their age gap and professional differences, she paints a flirtatious picture of him throughout the whole song, explaining how well they would suit each other as more than just professor and pupil.
