Alice Malaguti Caymmi, better known as Alice Caymmi, is a Brazilian singer and songwriter.

She signed with Sony Music in 2012 and released her first self-titled studio album, which gave rise to numerous performances and projects. The album is mostly composed of compositions by the artist herself, solo or in partnership, except for the re-recordings by Dorival Caymmi and Björk.

Her second studio album, Rainha dos Raios (2014), is based on re-recordings and contains only two copyrighted songs, one of them in partnership with Michael Sullivan. In 2015, her song "Como Vês" was featured in the soundtrack of the miniseries Felizes para Sempre?, aired by Rede Globo. In October 2015, Alice started working on the production of her first live DVD, directed by Paulo Borges.

In December 2017, she released the first single from her third album, Alice, which came out on January 19, 2018. The track is called "Inocente", written in partnership with Ana Carolina and won a video directed by Allexia Galvão.

The track "Eu Te Avisei", in partnership with Pabllo Vittar, was released as a single in January 2018.

On May 27, 2019, Alice released her fourth album, Electra, in which she sings all the tracks accompanied only by a piano. In December of the same year, Alice released a clip directed by Pedro Freire for a version of the track "Areia Fina" by Electra, remixed by Maffalda. At the time, she also announced that she would release in the first half of the following year a sequel to the album, called Elétrika, containing new songs made in partnership with Rodrigo Gorky and with a pop sound.

In January 2020, she released the album's first single, "A Noite Inteira", a partnership with Àttooxxá written by her, Rafa Dias and Wallace "Chibatinha" Carvalho dos Santos and produced by Rodrigo Gorky, Maffalda and Zebu, from Brabo Music .

In February 2020, the singer released the song "Elétrika", in partnership with Baianas Ozadas, which was part of an educational campaign by Cemig to alert the population about the precautions to be taken to avoid electric shocks during the carnival in Belo Horizonte .
