"Mr. Saxobeat" is a song by Romanian recording artist, Alexandra Stan, from her debut studio album, Saxobeats. It was released on 12 September, 2010 as the second single from the album, following the success of Lollipop (Param Pam Pam). The song is a Eurodance track with dance-pop influences and a strong use of a saxophone in it's chorus and throughout the song.

After the success Stan received in Romania for her debut single, the Azerbaijani energy drink brand, "Trojka", reached out to the singer about writing and recording a song for a commercial. This song would eventually become Mr. Saxobeat. In a 2021 interview, Stan revealed that it was actually her idea to include the saxophone melody due to her believing it would appeal to Azerbaijani culture.

The track was first released in Romania, where it was immediately sent to Romanian Radio. It soon reached #1 on the Romanian Top 100 Chart, where it stayed for eight consecutive weeks. It was nominated for numerous awards at the 2011 Romanian Music Awards, winning 'Song of the Year'. It was also featured on two of Romania's Year End charts, in 2010 at #69 and in 2011 at #46.

Outside of Romania, the song was a huge international success, reaching #1 in 10 countries outside of the singer's home country, reaching the top 10 in over 20 countries. It was featured on 26 Year End charts for 2011 in various countries, reaching at #2 in Austria, Germany, Hungary, Italy, and Russia. It was also featured on Italy's Year End chart for 2012. The song has received numerous certifications in various countries across the world, being certified 4x Platinum in Italy and Sweden, 3x Platinum in Russia, and 2x Platinum in Australia and Switzerland.

In the US, the song was officially released 24 February 2011, where it was serviced to Top 40 Radio and received moderate airplay. On 30 July 2011, the song debut at #92 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, where it continued to rise every week until peaking at #21. It also reached #1 on the US Dance Airplay chart, being the third Romanian song to do so, following INNA's Hot and Edward Maya and Vika Jigulina's Stereo Love. In December of 2016, it was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA); it sold one million digital downloads in the United States as of January 2012.

The song continues to be a success across the world as one of the most recognizable Eurodance songs of all time. In November 2020, "Mr. Saxobeat" reached 200 million streams on Spotify, making it the most streamed song by a Romanian artist on the platform. In 2022, nearly 11 years after it's initial release, the song once again charted in Poland, reaching #71 on the Polish Airplay chart.
