This song was recorded during the Voulez Vous recording sessions in Spring 1979 but, was subsequently scrapped from the album. However, part of the melody in the chorus was lifted and used for their #4 hit from 1979 "Does Your Mother Know."
"Dream World" finally surfaced on the 1994 retrospective "Thank You For the Music" box set.
