I've probably commented here already, but I don't think I can declare my love for this song enough times. Even after listening to it every day for a year+ it still manages to tear me apart with every play.

So incredibly awesome. And Guevara, very well written but you need to chill with those psychedelic drugs..

For a moment the slowed and subsided, content with the place I had arrived. Then bar by bar, the music began to grow, slowly but steadily and with each beat and each moment more, the warmth of the sun came back even more – the surge of the drums grew, the melody more and more pronounced, bursting with energy the sun grew larger, brighter the warmth more intense, I lay let go and fall into the raptures of grass below. The rays and the music washed over me, tears of joy with it, laughing at the absurdity and marvelling the moment – until building more and more to the antipodal end, I was beyond the shackles of reality. The music subsided for the last time; the instruments gave their final bows as I got back to my feet and walked off down the track toward home with the sun still behind me, giving life to each step in place of the last that died.

The euphoria I felt today reminds me of the power of music, that feeling deep in the derra firma, oscillating in the zenith. I walked deep into the obliging meadow; absorbing in each step it’s noble penetrated soil. Tiger Girl was the aural accompaniment for the moment I trekked back. With the sun against my back, giving life to each step, my beat and heart harmonised. My body paralysed by the feeling, my vision glazed as I entered a hidden place, the door unlocked and behind it lay a transcendent haven where everything and nothing made sense – though it didn’t matter for it was a place of freedom.
