"4minute World" is the fifth mini-album by South Korean girl group 4Minute, released on March 17, 2014. It features the title track "오늘 뭐해" (Whatcha Doin' Today).
On March 7, Cube Entertainment released a teaser image of the group. The image showed the girls hugging each other in front of what seems to be a carousel at an amusement park.
On March 8, the lead single was confirmed to be “Whatcha Doin' Today”. The lead single video was released on March 16 under the title "오늘 뭐해 (Whatcha Doin' Today)" and the full EP was released on March 17.
On March 14, the song "Come In" was considered inappropriate for broadcasting. "Come In" is a duet by Gayoon and HyunA, and expresses a woman's simple feelings for a man. The song was considered very provocative to broadcast because of its sexy lyrics by SBS, while MBC gave the song an approval sign.
"Whatcha Doin' Today" reached number 1 on the weekly Gaon Digital Chart and number 4 on the Billboard Korea K-Pop Hot 100.
On June 18, 2014 the group released the music video for the track "Thank You" to celebrate their fifth anniversary.
