A “soulja” is anyone who has fought through hard times and adversity and has beat the odds. It is a term 2pac has used in many of his songs. Once the welfare goes, everything is just gonna get worse for the black community. Because some people actually do need welfare. Once the welfare is gone, there’s just gonna be more gun violence, more murders, more drug trafficking, etc. Basically, everything that was bad is just going to get turned up a notch.
