“Crooked Ass Nigga” is the 8th track on 2Pac’s Freshmore effort “2Pacalypse Now”. It samples two singles by N.W.A. in “Gangsta Gangsta” & “Fuck tha Police”, as well as “Crab Apple” by Idris Muhammad. The song generated a great deal of controversy when Ronald Howard, a Texan teenager shot and killed a police officer, whilst listening to this record. His defence attorney argued that he was influenced by 2Pacalypse Now and this song in particular.
