Biography
Garnet was a Japanese visual kei band formed 2 November 2002 and disbanded in 2004.
Garnet was the penultimate band of Yayoi (with exception for his solo project Romance Red), Garnet had alot of punk influences, along with typical Kote kei sound, together with Yayoi's unique vocals.
Despite being active for two years they only released one maxi-single and contributed to some omnibus CD's, most likely because of the unsteady line-up that Garnet suffered from.
However, Garnet did have some semi-known names in the band, Junna were previously in misery, and Kyouya were in ∀ile≠de〔Σu〕
After Garnet broke up Yayoi continued to gig with Deadly Sanctuary, formed jewelry (a oshare kei band] and kept managing visual kei bands. Junna joined Cuartet who were signed to Yayoi's late label CLIMAX ENTER PRISE. No information surfaced regarding the other members after the disbandment of Garnet.
