Biography
Chakra (Hangul: 샤크라) was a South Korean girl group that debuted in 2000 with four members: Hwangbo (황보), Eun (은), Ryeowon (려원) and Eani (이니). The group was known in South Korea for their unique Indian-inspired dance music that differed themselves from other Korean artists.
After Eani left the group in 2001, the group introduced new member Bona in 2002. Chakra ultimately released three more albums and disbanded in 2006.
