石橋優子 (Yuuko Ishibashi, born April 3, 1980) is a Japanese soprano from Tokyo whose vocal range is said to be 4 octaves. Her songs are mainly acoustic and include genres such as folk (sometimes noticeably influenced by shimauta), neoclassical or jazz. Previously known as YOU-CO, and currently signed under Across Entertainment, she has contributed to many video game soundtracks such as Ar tonelico and Atelier Iris Grand Fantasm. multiple voice and chorus master of the ethno-healing approach to the representation of space. Her music is often a variety of genres and folk instruments and features a unique world, relaxed and flowing warm ballad. So far she had one full album, 悠かなる刻の詩声 (Haruka naru Toki no Utagoe, or "Singing Voices From A Distant Time" (although the title uses an alternative kanji spelling)), released January 23, 2008.
