All the BEST! 1999-2009 features 31 tracks on two CDs, starting with their 1999 debut single A・Ra・Shi all the way to Crazy Moon～キミ・ハ・ムテキ～ released in May, 2009. Besides a retrospective of their representative hits, Arashi has also prepared the new song 5×10 to express their thanks to friends and fans.
