増田順一 (Masuda Junichi) is a video game music composer. He is most famous for his work on the Pokemon series of video games. He was also the main composer for the soundtrack to Pulseman, a Sega Megadrive title. Some of his music for the games is also used in the Pokemon television series, and arranged by 宮崎慎二 (Shinji Miyazaki).
Masuda is now the main director behind the production of the Nintendo DS games Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl. He has created several innovative and revolutionary ideas for the upcoming games.
