Great show, great bands. Quite expensive, but hell worth it. Knebworth is a home of rock. The last 30 years has brought us all time classic concerts. Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Beach Boys, Devo, Oasis, Frank Zappa, Chuck Berry, Deep Purple and the last ever original lineup shows for both Queen and Led Zeppelin. But now they've secured some bands as exclusives:
Metallica – Knebworth is the only show that Metallica are playing in the UK other than 2009 other than the indoor tour dates that start in Nottingham this Wednesday.
Linkin Park – Knebworth is the only show that Linkin Park are playing in the UK in 2009, plus a special Encore by Chester's side project Dead By Sunrise!
Avenged Sevenfold – Knebworth is the only show that Avenged Sevenfold are playing in the UK in 2009.
Alice in Chains – Knebworth is the only show that Alice in Chains are playing in the UK in 2009.
