In 2010, 7,500 partygoers took to the streets of Birmingham to see FATBOY SLIM, CALVIN HARRIS, CHASE & STATUS, ANNIE MAC, TIGA, SKREAM, BOYS NOIZE, DUBFIRE, ANDY C, JAMES ZABIELA, CASPA, MARKY, SCRATCH PERVERTS and over 50 more of the freshest DJs and live acts on the electronic music scene to date.

Held across a myriad of Birmingham’s finest music venues, Electric Carnival transformed Digbeth into a musical playground, quickly becoming the most talked about event in the city and amongst discerning electronic music lovers in the UK.

Saturday 4th June 2011, Electric Carnival will return bringing a bigger line up, increased capacity, more venues and a brand new site layout in one of the most unique locations in the UK.

Over 9,000 people.
Over 75 of the biggest live acts and DJs from around the globe.
20 unique event spaces taking over every music venue in Digbeth.
Half of Digbeth cordoned off from the public for one night only.

2011 Site
For the 2011 edition of Electric Carnival, we are incorporating the multi-million pound HMV INSTITUTE as well as the Digbeth Carpark, Custard Factory Art's & Media Quarter, Air Nightclub and the Rainbow Complex to make way for an inner city festival unlike no other set in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

The 2011 site includes:

• 2 x Outdoor Marquee Venues
• 1 x State of the art Live Music Venue (5 rooms)
• 2 x Industrial Warehouse Spaces
• 1 x Nightclub (3 rooms)
• An 18th Century Victorian Pub
