The Ruff and Ready tour runs across the UK in February 2007 and showcases the sounds of four of the most cutting-edge and intensifying bands from the UK punk underground. An all-out assault on musical conventions and sonic status-quo, each of these bands have taken the punk sound into their own hands. Whether mixing their style with dubbed-out hip-hop, folk-tinged protest song, soaring melodic rock or dirty grime the bands are united by their innovative intent, relentless live show, unflinching message and staunchly UK aesthetic.
