Description
Cate Le Bon, the LA-via-Cardiff based singer, first popped up on Gruff Rhys’s Neon Neon album before issuing her own debut album, Me Oh My, in 2010. She released her second album, "CYRK", in April 2012 in the UK via Rhys’s label OVNI.
"CYRK" followed Le Bon’s extensive tour with St. Vincent in the USA, and UK and Europe tour with Perfume Genius. Her time on the road fostered a confidence and assuredness that is evident in Le Bon’s stage presence: with dead-eye stares, guitars held aloft, and the kind of voice that could sink an iceberg, this really isn’t one you want to miss…
Le Bon released her third album, Mug Museum, in November 2013 to critical acclaim. Following recent sold out London shows at Bush Hall and Islington Assembly Hall, Cate Le Bon brings her songs to KOKO.
