About Me

My parents gave me Kiss, Detroit Rock City for my first album when I was five. I loved that but also was seduced and taken advantage of by disco at that young age (mid 70's) then became a lil' skatepunk rocker with a mohawk in '83! My first punk show was Naked Raygun the night before Thanksgiving in'84 at the Metro (they took a chainsaw to a raw thawed Butterball and guts went everywhere. It was great. I moved into new wave then discovered pot, acid and classic rock in highschool where that is all I listened too for four years (along with a lot of Talking Heads). My adult life has consisted of all kinds of music though I can never stay away from classic punk for long. My one artist only on a deserted island for life thingy would be Bowie.
