Yesss, my hair is naturally a dark dark brown. At times it looks black. The lightest I ever went was a dirty blonde which was a total shipwreck. The lightest that looked best on me was a light brown colour with blonde, pink, red, orange, dark brown streaks. It was...the weirdest thing ever, but surprisingly, it looked good. :D
