Biography
William Tyler (born 25 December 1979, in Nashville, Tennessee) is an American musician and guitarist, who plays folk, indie folk and pop/rock, and is currently signed to Merge Records. He is a member of Lambchop and Silver Jews and has released solo albums under his own name. See: William Tyler.
His 2023 album, Secret Stratosphere, was credited to William Tyler & The Impossible Truth, with the backing band comprising Brian Kotzur (drums, percussion, bells), Jack Lawrence (bass guitar) and Luke Schnieder (pedal steel guitar).
