Rubens Vieira Marques (Vieira) and Rubião Vieira (Vieirinha) were two brothers from Itajubi, state of São Paulo, that formed one of the most traditional duo of brazilian caipira music of their time. Singing and playing viola since their childhood in the late-30's and the 40's, the duo was discovered by Tonico & Tinoco, that invited the two brothers to play with them in local cinemas.
