Resolver is the third full length album from American alternative rock band Veruca Salt released in 2000, and the first album after the departure of rhythm guitarist/vocalist Nina Gordon, drummer Jim Shapiro, and bassist Steve Lack. It was also after Louise Post was left by Dave Grohl of Nirvana and Foo Fighters fame for actress Winona Ryder, and most of the songs focus on the effect of losing a lover and best friend.
