Daydreams & Nightmares is the second album released by Those Dancing Days. The album was released in February 2011, while recording was done spring, summer and autumn 2010 in Stockholm, Sweden. Production was done by Patrik Berger, known for his work with Robyn. Daydreams & Nightmares was released on Wichita Recordings. Q Magazine's Robin Turner wrote that Daydreams & Nightmares is the "..feelgood soundtrack to 2011", "…they could be The Runaways sneaking a peak through the fire exit of Studio 54" and gives Daydreams & Nightmares 4 out of 5 stars.

Those Dancing Days were an indie pop band with northern soul and girl-group influences, from Nacka, a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden, formed in 2005. The band consisted of five young girls from Stockholm - Linnea Jönsson (vocals). Lisa Pyk Wirström (organ), Rebecka Rolfart (guitar), Mimmi Evrell (bass) and Cissi Efraimsson (drums).
