"Sea of Love" is the lead single from The Honeydrippers' only album, Volume One. It is a cover version of Phil Phillips's #1 hit from 1959. The song reached #3 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart in early 1985 and #1 on the Adult Contemporary chart.
