"Wild Mood Swings" is the 10th studio album of The Cure. While the album sold over 1 million copies worldwide it was deeply maligned by some Cure fans for its shift towards the alternative rock sound of the mid 90's. Vocalist and Cure founder Robert Smith has stated that despite "Wild Mood Swings" lack of critical success it is among his favorite Cure albums.
