The Fiancée is the second full-length album from the band The Chariot released on April 3, 2007. On The Fiancée, the first eight track titles make up a passage from a poem, of which multiple variants are found online, but it is often called "The Backward Rhyme" or "Contradiction Poem": Back to back they faced each other, drew their swords and shot each other. A deaf policeman heard the noise, and came and killed the two dead boys.
