"Liberation" was available as a free downloaded at http://www.rappcats.com/ and http://www.stonesthrow.com/index.html . Now Stones Throw's website states "This 9-track collab was a free download for the first week of 2007. Stay tuned for possible release." (http://www.stonesthrow.com/madlib/). Okayplayer.com has a "limited copies" of Liberation in their store as well.
