Derek Trucks co–wrote the infectious “Love Will” with Tedeschi and renowned lyricist/bassist Tommy Sims (who co–wrote Eric Clapton’s “Change the World,” winner of 1997’s Grammy® for Song of the Year). (www.susantedeschi.com) This song seems to be another excellent example of Susan's versatility-not only is she an excellent blues musician but her seamless cross-over to r&b and her gospel-infused blues. This is a feel-good song, and due to the fact that alot of this album was recorded at their home studio, the surroundings and closeness of family comes through in this song. -Melanie Carney
