Soul Sound Day is a thrash metal band! Hailing from Jyväskylä, the small capital of Central Finland area, Soul Sound Day has always been making metal music with influences ranging from punk rock to death metal. Pushing the boundaries of traditional thrash metal to challenge the listener to let go of the tight genre definitions, Soul Sound Day represents a new progressive school of thrash metal.
Originally formed in 2001 and through line-up changes, this three-piece unit Soul Sound Day now is, has been the line-up since 2005.
Soul Sound Day has released two EPs: ‘Better Days’ (2004) and the new ‘Tomorrow The World’ (2006). Despite their name - or exactly because of it - uncategorized breed of thrash metal coming your way.
