Skúli Sverrisson (born October 23, 1966) is an Icelandic bass player and composer, residing in New York City. In Iceland he studied bass and composition with Jón Sigurðsson. He has worked with numerous musicians and groups, including Hilmar Jensson, Jim Black, Chris Speed, Anthony Burr, Laurie Anderson, Allan Holdsworth, Ryuichi Sakamoto, David Sylvian, Blonde Redhead, Yungchen Lhamo, Jamshied Sharifi, and Pachora. In addition to performing on many artists' records, he has released two records of his own: "Ceremonie" in 1997 and "Sería" in 2007.
