STANWAY'S REVENGE is a multiple sample based, downtempo jazz dance track recorded for now defunct Scottish label FENETIK MUSIC, a subsidiary of SOMA RECORDS. The track first appeared on the compilation album THE WORD IN THE SOUND (SOMA CD16) in 1999 and featuring on Groove Armada's massive selling Back To Mine mix album for DMC in 2000, it went on to appear on numerous compilation albums around the world. The track was written and produced by musician and DJ Alan Bryden. It was recorded using an AKAI S2000 sampler as the only sound source.
