Cinema Mudo é o álbum de estréia dos Paralamas do Sucesso, lançado em 1983. Vendeu 5 mil cópias inicialmente, e 90 mil até hoje. Herbert Vianna não gosta muito do resultado, e diz que a gravação do disco fora "manipulada" pela gravadora, que acrescentou solos, ecos, teclados, etc. Levou a uma turnê com 37 shows em 1983, e 112 (juntando com a turnê de O Passo do Lui) em 1984.
