“Man Made a Bar” marks the first studio collaboration between Wallen and Eric Church. Prior to the collaboration, Church co-wrote a previous song of Wallen’s, in addition, they have appeared on tour together, with Morgan crediting him as the reason why he does what he does today. The song, with a clear Christian background, finds Morgan at a bar after his “girl walked out” the bartender then tells him how God created the world, the man, and once the man got lonely, he created women. It was up to men to create a bar, which, in this case, is used when women break your heart.
