"Only the Brave" is the last track on Louis Tomlinson's debut album, Walls. It was written by Tomlinson, Andrew Jackson, and Duck Blackwell. The song highlights a struggle between the narrator wanting to be in love and wanting to protect their heart. There are a lot of references hinting that the song is representative of a same-sex couple, however Louis has not clarified this as truth or falsehood. The song is the shortest on the album and the title was shortened by a word from the actual lyric in order to make the words in the song titles equal 28, Louis’ favorite number.
