L'luvia formed in 1994. After touring throughout most of 1995, the group finally released their first demo, "Shitsu Rakuen (失楽園)", in April of 1996. One month later, L'luvia appeared on the "Emergency Express 1996" omnibus. Their impressive sales caught the attention of a few major labels, and in the summer of 1996, L'luvia signed to Vap.
