Konsonans Retro (
Консонанс - ретро) is a Ukrainian brass band, made up largely of a family from a village in Western Ukraine, on the Moldovan border: the brothers Baranovsky and their in-laws. They specialise in the traditional wedding music of the region – a blend of Moldovan, Jewish, and Ukrainian melodies. They also perform choral pieces.
