Johnny Depp was born on June 9, 1963 in Owensborow,Kentucky,U.S.A. Johnny's father worked as a civil engineer, and his mother came from full-blooded Cherokee stock, and worked as a waitress and homemaker. The youngest of four children, Depp was withdrawn and a self-admitted oddball. "I made odd noises as a child," he later revealed in an interview. "Just did weird things, like turn off light switches twice. I think my parents thought I had Tourette's syndrome." As Sweeney Todd, in Tim Burton's adaptation of the Stephen Sondheim musical the actor summons all sorts of dark energy to play a singing, murderous London barber. ''He makes Sid Vicious look like the innocent paper boy,'' Depp says. ''He's beyond dark. He's already dead. He's been dead for years.''
Helena Bonham Carter was born on May 22, 1966 in London, England,U.K. Bonham Carter was nominated for a Golden Globe for the fifth time for her role in partner Tim Burton's film adaptation of the Steven Sondheim musical, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007), for which Burton and co-star Johnny Depp were also nominated. Since their meeting while filming Planet of the Apes (2001), Bonham Carter and Burton have made four movies together. They live in adjoining residences in London, sharing a connecting hallway, and have two children: Billy Ray Burton, 4, and Nell Burton, who was born December 15, 2007. Ironically, a mutual love of Sweeney Todd was part of the initial attraction for the pair. Despite that, Bonham Carter has said in numerous interviews that her audition process for the role of Mrs. Lovett was the most grueling of her career and that, ultimately, it was Sondheim who she had to convince that she was right for the role.
Jamie Campbell Bower was born on November 22, 1988 in London,Englad,U.K. Jamie Campbell Bower has a love for performing and for being in the spotlight and is an ex-member of the National Youth Music Theatre. Jamie is a good singer and used to be the lead singer in a band called "The Darling Buds", he is also a model for Select Model Management. He is from London and went to school privately at Bedales School in Hampshire. Whilst still at school there, he was told that he had got the part of "Anthony" in "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street", which he was recommended to audition for by family friend, Laura Michelle Kelly. Bower later went on to star in RocknRolla (2008) as "Rocker", directed by Guy Ritchie. He will make his next on-screen appearance as "Caius", a member of the Volturi coven, in the tween franchise that is New Moon (2009) alongside actors such as fellow Brit Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. Bower will be seen also in the next installments of Twilight, Eclipse (2010/I) and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 (2011). He will also join the "Harry Potter" cast as "Gellert Grindelward" in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010) and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 (2011).
